The Dronetag DRI combines a software platform with hardware modules that can be customized to meet the manufacturer's needs, making it suitable for a wide range of business cases. The small, single-sided board is easy to mount in the desired location and is the simplest way to integrate Remote ID technology.
With a weight of only 1.5 grams and minimal dimensions, the DRI has minimal impact on the drone's size, weight, and power characteristics. It has an external flash memory and can be synced with the Dronetag App, which manages settings and firmware updates. The app also allows drone manufacturers and resellers to remotely troubleshoot customer issues by downloading diagnostic data logs.
Dronetag DRI is a Remote ID solution that utilizes UART forwarding to free up drone TELEM/serial ports. It comes in two variations, with an external antenna port or built-in antenna, and starts at a pre-order price of $49/$49 EUR. The DRI conforms to globally recognized Remote ID standards ASTM F3411-22 and ASD-STAN EN 4709-002 and broadcasts data over Bluetooth 4 & 5 with a range of up to 3 km.
